The variety in shape and color allows for boundless creativity with vintage cakes! In this 4-hour course, you will learn everything you need to create beautiful buttercream ornaments and the appropriate techniques!

Course structure and content:
You will receive a pre-baked cake that you will fill yourself with two delicious layers of cream. You will learn what consistency the filling needs to be and how to perfectly stack the individual layers to achieve an even and stable result.
Then we get down to business: We will show you everything about the ideal buttercream for coating your vintage cake.
The challenge? A mirror-smooth surface – and we'll show you how to master it!
Now for the highlight: the artistic decoration! With various piping nozzles, you will create enchanting buttercream ornaments under professional guidance and learn different piping techniques. A craft that will elevate your cake creations to the next level!
Of course, you will take home all the recipes from the course – and your self-decorated vintage cake too! Perfect for approx. 10 servings and guaranteed to be an eye-catcher!

Course location: Our bakery at Albertgasse 17, 1080 Vienna
Course duration: Approx. 4 hours. Depending on the speed of the group!
Course fee per person: 170,-
Voucher payment: If you are paying for your course booking with a voucher code, please bring the voucher with you to the course – it is only valid if presented at the course.

Cancellations: Since our courses are leisure events with fixed dates, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel (e.g. due to illness) or reschedule the date after booking. However, you can send another person to the course at any time. Alternatively, we offer cancellation insurance for 30 Euros. With this cancellation insurance, you can cancel your course participation or reschedule to another date at any time. You can add the cancellation insurance directly when booking your course.
