Shipping policy

Cupcakes are delicate and sensitive, which is why they cannot be shipped by post but only delivered by courier.

We offer our own in-house delivery service within Vienna. If you place your order today by 10:00 AM, your cupcakes can be delivered as early as tomorrow between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM. As we operate with only one delivery vehicle, we can only deliver to one district or address at a time. We kindly ask for your understanding that we are therefore unable to guarantee exact delivery time slots (such as 10:00–10:30 AM).

If you require delivery at a specific time, we are happy to arrange an external courier (scheduled delivery / on-time delivery). The delivery fee for this service is €35 per address within Vienna.

Our in-house delivery fees are based on distance:

• 0–4.99 km: €9.90

• 5–9.99 km: €19.90

• 10 km up to the Vienna city limits: €29.90

For orders over €100, delivery to one address within Vienna is free of charge :-)

Our vouchers, baking books, and CDs can be shipped via Austrian Post to Austria, Germany, and Switzerland, subject to advance payment of shipping costs.
