Baked Apple Cinnamon Cupcake (Available from November - Mid-February!)

When the apples are roasting in the oven and the whole bakery smells of cinnamon & nuts... that's our baked apple and cinnamon topping. Paired with a moist butternut squash sponge, it becomes our perfect baked apple and cinnamon cupcake!
